abc V, the beloved plant-forward concept from Jean-Georges Vongerichten, has opened a second location for Spring/Summer at The Mark Hotel in the heart of the Upper East Side. Just steps from Central Park, abcV at The Mark will highlight the best of Mother Nature in an outdoor air-conditioned space on Madison Avenue. Following the success of The Mark Chalet this past Winter, an Alpine-inspired fondue experience, the space has once again been transformed into a limited-time must-visit dining destination.
Offering non-GMO, sustainable, artisanal and organic plates, sourced locally and globally from small & family farms, the menu caters to vegan, vegetarians, gluten-free diners and those looking to be inspired by plant-based dishes. High vibrational foods, tonics and cocktails will be enjoyed in an intimate yet airy space, with bright white wood paneled walls and accents of pink and green highlighted by lush amaranth cascading from the ceiling.
